Marketing Costs: $0 – All marketing is included in our service. You could spend thousands in signage, premium listings, and showing the property. Just as with an FSBO, you could end up spending thousands marketing the property on your own.
Types Of Marketing Included: MLS listing, signage, premium online listings, advanced social media campaigns, open houses, print materials, and more You will need to decide which forms of marketing will best reach your audience. Typically, you will have to pay for everything above and beyond the MLS listing.
Time Commitment From You:  As little as possible. We’ll make the process fast and convenient. You could spend hours each week advertising, showing, and answering questions about the property. Much of the work will fall on you, taking up several hours a week in most situations.
Fees / Commissions:  Only a standard commission. Marketing costs, attorney costs, inspections, advertising, and more. A flat-fee for a reduced level of service.
Legal / Contract / Advice:  100% included. From the contracts to the escrow process, to the closing documents, we will educate you every step of the way! You will be responsible for making sure all docs are completely legally, with any questions you have going to a licensed attorney. These services are very limited with a flat rate agent.
